Above are some before and after photos from the major projects in Souderton. In addition to doing the work to have Souderton recognized as a Historic District we have facilitated the streetscape renovations, developed the award winning pocket park and offered facade improvement grants. We have also attained the Classic Town designation and assisted the boroughs in establishing mixed use zoning districts to support economic development.
Our current focus is in on the newly established Business Improvement District and the Souderton Train Station renovation.
